Roman Papacy Indebted America (Afghan War): Political scientist and Rhodes Scholar Joseph Nye, Ph.D., revealed that one of the reasons for terrorists' strikes is " … political shock … ", and Secretary of Defense at the time of 9/11 Donald Rumsfeld conveyed corroborated to CNN's Piers Morgan that terrorists strike to get what they want.
For example, Mayor Bloomberg protested after the federal government cut New York City's budget for terrorism. Then a "terrorist" attempted to attack New York City; hence, the federal government restored the funding.
The Muslim caught with the weapons was imprisoned. Thus, he did not gain. Therefore, he was not the terrorist. However, Mayor Bloomberg received the money that he desired. Consequently, per Mr. Rumsfeld determination, Mayor Bloomberg was the terrorist. New York University professor Marilyn Young, Ph.D., verified that a terrorist's attack is a " … tactic (italics supplied)." Synonyms for tactic include "trick" and "con."
Also, David Yetman, Ph.D., described that the train that ran between Lima and Huancayo in Peru was the means of transportation for Incans in the high Andean mountains. However, terrorists damaged the tracks, and thus, the train did not operate for a number of years. And then the government privatized the rail. Now a train runs a couple of days per month taking international tourists to the highest point that a train travels in the region, which is also number two in the world.
Hence, because, per Mr. Rumsfeld, terrorism causes rewards, those who own the train line are the terrorists because they gained a unique, valuable business. Moreover, no other attacks have taken place.
Umar Farouk Abdul Muttalib posed a terrorist threat on a commercial airliner by having a bomb hidden in his crotch. Therefore, the Transportation Safety Authority (TSA) introduced scanners at airports that take nude photographs of Americans. However, had not Mr. Muttalib been publicized as a terrorist with a bomb in his crotch, Americans would not have subjected themselves to have their breasts and genatalia fondled or photograped in order to board a commercial airliner.
Hence, according to Donald Rumsfeld's reason that terrorists attack to get people to do what they would not under normal circumstances, because the TSA
subjected American men and women to have naked pictures taken of themselves;
and because the TSA ordered exploration of American women's breasts and vaginas;
and because the TSA demanded search of American men's penises;
and because those unthinkables would have been impossible to achieve without Mr. Muttalib's having a bomb in his crotch on a commercial airliner, the TSA was the terrorist.
The television program Transforming America: U. S. History Since 1877 stated: "The sheer scale and the enormous embaldic impact of the [9/11] attacks … left all Americans … wounded and threatened." Expert on world politics Dr. John Stoessinger verified that Americans felt unsafe. Hence, because Congress is a political entity;
and because the ACLU reported that some statutes of the Patriot Act " … had been previously rejected by Congress … "
because they infringed on civil liberties;
and because after the 9/11 attacks Congress passed the Patriot Act;
and because the Patriot Act stripped Americans of civil liberties, the 9/11 terror attacks were carried out in order to traumatize the nation, and thus, force Congress to erase civil liberties that prior to 9/11 it had overruled. Yale University's James P. Brochin affirmed: "… fear … compromise[s] civil liberties."
