With Miranda rights, Americans protect themselves from self-incrimination when accused of crimes. However, for the 2013 terror strike in Boston, the question arose whether or not Miranda rights should become obsolete. However, per James P. Brochin of Yale Teachers Institute, at the time of the Roman Inquisition, "The accused … was forced to answer many questions, posed in cross examination form, without right to counsel, rules of evidence, or the presumption of innocence (italics supplied)."
Thus, added Professor Brochin: "The privilege against self-incrimination did not exist."
The Roman Papacy, as Rome, was once a superpower that fell in A.D. 476, arose as the Papacy to dominate Europe for 1260 years to 1798 when Napoleon pulled down the Papacy, and the Papacy became visible again in 1929 when Moussilini, with fascism, a Roman term, reinstated the Papacy with the Lateran Treaty.
The Roman Papacy has been at war with Muslims since Muslims' advance into Europe in the 7th century and the subsequent Crusades for Jerusalem that began in the 11th century and went on for two hundred years.
According to Philip Zeliknow, Ph.D., the scale of terrorists' attacks " … are emerging from groups that can wield the destructive powers that … were only available to states (italics supplied)." Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, Ph.D., noted that groups had been attacking America around the world for about twenty years before 9/11.
However, per Dr. Eugen Weber, Rome had " … one tribe … fight another so that they would be too busy to threaten [her] (italics supplied)."
Therefore, because the Roman Papacy seeks
to take America's place as world leader;
and because former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank Alan Greenspan reminded Andrea Greisling Keane that the circumstances that caused America's debt began in 1917;
and because debt by the Roman Papacy, in part, caused America's fall;
and because the Roman Papacy and Muslims have historically been enemies,
because Al Queda is Muslims;
and because Al Queda on 9/11 humbled America,
the Roman Papacy had Al Queda attack America on 9/11.
And because for the assaults America went to war with Muslims, the Roman Papacy has her two enemies at war.
The bringing together for conflict by the Roman Papacy of America and Muslims began when America entered Beirut in the 1980s. Then the Papacy had Muslims terrorize America internationally, such as bombing American embassies and the U.S.S Cole.
However, during the Cold War that ended …………, in the 20th century, the world's other superpower the Souviet Union fell after entering Afghanistan. And then the Berlin Wall came down under American President Ronald Reagan and Pope John Paul II. Thereafter, because the Papacy played the critical role of having America as the only world leader, for the first time, America established diplomatic relations with the Roman Papacy.
Hence, the Papacy instigated the Cold War and subsequent events to discontinue it in order to establish friendly relations with America.
However, America's staunch against Muslims continues with drone attacks, Professor of history and international relations at Boston University Andrew Bacevich, Ph.D., pointed out that animosity continues between America and the Muslim world, and in addition to the Souviet Union's fall after entering Afghanistan in the 20th century, the British Empire fell after entering Afghanistan in the 19th.
Hence, America disintegrates in the 21st century since the Afghanistan War adds to her indebtedness because of the blank check for which then-President G. W. Bush asked and Congress authorized.
Consequently, the Roman Papacy is positioned to recapture global reign.
The late Dr. Maier expressed that history informs the present and future.
Therefore, because America most religious community is Roman Catholic;
and because in 1492 Spain was also a Catholic nation;
and since, per Louise Mirrer, Ph.D., because of the Inquisition, in 1492 Jews in Spain were ordered to convert to Catholicism or leave and never return or they would face death ;
and because of the Inquisition Jews were forcibly baptized into Catholicism in order to live in Portugal;
and because Jews who escaped Portugal flee to Brazil;
and because they then sought refuge in America because of the Inquisition;
and because of the Inquisition Protestant Reformers who opposed the Papacy and refused to deny Jesus were called heretics;
and because heretics such as John Huss were burned at the stake and tortured;
and because the Patriot Act is the American Inquisition, because of the 9/11 attacks that stripped Americans of civil liberties,
the Roman Papacy is poised to take away freedom of religion per the Constitution.
