Roman Papacy Re-enslaves Black Children
In New York City, then-Mayor Michael Bloomberg (Jew) created the Interagency Task Force on Truancy, Absenteeism, and School Engagement (Truancy Task Force) to deal with children who absent themselves from public school.

Units of the Truancy Task Force fall under the Agency for Children's Services (ACS). However, within ACS, per its website, the Department of Juvenile Justice is "… fully integrated … (italics supplied)" as the Division of Youth and Family Justice (DYFJ) that holds " … [convicted] juveniles awaiting transfer to state [prisons] (emphases supplied)."

Therefore, because the greater percentage of charter schools are co - located in traditional public schools;

and because the daily interactions between traditional public school students and charter school children breed hatred in traditional public school children;

and because that models relations preceding the Rwandan genocide;

and because those who murdered in the Rwandan genocide were imprisoned, so the black traditional public school children that slaughter black charter school children will be imprisoned.

Hence, because black adults and children were kept in holding pens to await entrance into plantation slavery;

and because ACS is for children;

and because black children are to be herded into ACS to await entrance into prison;

and because for major corporations black adults are already slaves in prisons, ACS is today's holding pen for black children's prison enslavement when they kill other black children because of the pre-genocide template represented as traditional public school/charter school. Historian Donald L. Miller, Ph.D., charged that historical thinking equates current events to the past in order to predict the future.

On December 26, 2013, then-Mayor Bloomberg remarked: "The state prisons are where you go … if you get convicted of a much … longer sentence."

Therefore, because Mr. Bloomberg also said that jail is for sentences up to one year;

and because the black children who perpetrate genocide because of charter school would be going to state prisons, per the purpose of DYFJ, Michael Bloomberg expects extensive terms of incarceration for the black children who murder because of charter school genocide. Hence, the Feinstein Law, which already received total support from the United States Senate, of Diane Feinstein (Jew) to imprison children. Therefore, because the children's crime would be genocide, the law sails through the House of Representatives.

In addition, New York Police Department (NYPD) officers, who are called school safety officers, are already stationed in public schools to arrest the murderers.

DYFJ, within ACS, also delivers " … Secure Detention for alleged Juvenile Offenders whose cases are pending … (italics supplied)."

ACS is in New York State, and through ACS the children would be channeled to the state's prisons. Therefore, because Greenberg Traurig (Jewish law firm) lobbies New York State for George Zoley (Jew) of The GEO prisons to operate New York State's prisons;

and because The GEO prisons of George Zoley (Jew) trade on Wall Street, so the black children who commit genocide because of charter school will be traded on Wall Street: On Wall Street, their ancestors were also traded.

Jews Re-enslave Black Children Through Special Education
As Mayor, Michael Bloomberg (Jew) gave contracts to Greenberg Traurig (Jewish law firm and lobbyist) to operate Herbert G. Birch Family Services (HGBFS), which are special education daycare centers for poor black, Latino, and other colored children who were on public assistance with New York City Human Resources Administration (NYCHRA).

However, according to Dean of Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health Linda Fried, " … children who are succeeding through third grade are going to stay in school, graduate from high school, continue into higher education …".

However, per Amber, a New York City teacher who called in to the Brian Lehrer Show, her middle school special education students fail because they can not read. Hence, the children in Amber's special education middle school class are illiterate, and thus, are expected to drop out.

Dr. Jawanza Kunjufu verified that eight (8) out of ten (10) black boys in special education do not graduate from high school. However, his research also disclosed that eight (8) out of ten (10) black men in prison do not have a high school diploma.

Hence, because America projects future number of prisons to be constructed based on grade three reading scores, by placing poor black, Latino, and other colored preschoolers into special education where they do not learn how to read, Mayor Bloomberg (Jew) molded them into prisoners.

Therefore, because America's prisons are converted to private prisons that sell prisoners on Wall Street;

and because George Zoley (Jew) operates The GEO Group private prisons that sell prisoners on Wall Street;

and because Greenberg Traurig (Jewish law firm and lobbyist) petitions New York State's legislators for The GEO Group to operate the state's prisons;

and because New York City is part of New York State, former Mayor Michael Bloomberg (Jew), Greenberg Traurig (Jewish law firm and lobbyist), and George Zoley (Jew) commanded through HGBFS the channeling of New York City's poor black, Latino, and other colored children to the private prisons of George Zoley (Jew) to sell the children on Wall Street when they are older.

And because, per charter school, children who become inmates manufacture goods as slaves for major corporations, the preschoolers at HGBFS are geared to become prison slaves.

After the children finished pre-school special education at HGBFS, then-Mayor Bloomberg (Jew) channelled them through elementary and high school special education in public, private, and Catholic schools.

To attain mayoral control that gave him such power, Michael Bloomberg (Jew) was championed by Sheldon Silver (Jew), New York State's number one politician. And then through Richard P. Mills (Jew), then-Commissioner of New York State Education Department, then-Mayor Bloomberg (Jew) received a waiver to have Joel Kline (Jew) named Chancellor of New York City's public schools.

Therefore, through New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), former Mayor Bloomberg (Jew) and Joel Kline (Jew) controlled the Early Intervention evaluations that placed the poor black, Latino, and other colored pre-schoolers into special education at HGBFS.

When some of those children, such as Domanique Gill, were recommended for the regular classroom, they were channeled to special education because as babies their hearing was suppressed by tympanostomy. Hence, they were diagnosed by doctors as handicapped in hearing and speech. Thus, they qualified for Disability payments that poor single mothers accept. While discussing Long Island Jewish Hospital, Bill Rudin (Jew) of the Association for a Better New York (ABNY) revealed that the Jews own the largest hospital system in New York City.

Therefore, because children's hearing problems, such as was Domanique's, cause them to enter special education at HGBFS;

and because through NYCHRA and NYCDOE some Jews in New York City are channeling colored children to special education at HGBFS;

and because in New York City Jews dominate the hospital system, per Bill Rudin (Jew);

and because HGBFS' website stated that HGBFS belongs to the " … Jewish community … (italics supplied) ";

and because doctors installed tubes in young, colored children's ears, which hindered the children's hearing, Jews nail colored babies' ears shut in order to label the children handicapped, and therefore, assign the children to special education.

Since special education leads to imprisonment;

and because, per Mayor Bloomberg (Jew), in prison " … all [the children] are going (sic) to learn is how to be a worst person … ";

and because New York City's Commissioner for the Department of Corrections....... verified that "90 percent of newly admitted inmates aren't new. They've been to jail before. … they've been to jail an average of nine times each.… Once you're in, the likelihood of staying in is so much greater."

and because Mayor Bloomberg (Jew) articulated that the rest of America copies New York City, across America, some Jews through special education and mayoral control are shaping black preschoolers into prisoners that would cycle in and out of prison.

Thus, when he was mayor, Michael Bloomberg (Jew) scoffed at President Obama's passion to give every American a college education because, according to Mr. Bloomberg (Jew), America is incapable at educating her young.

Chancellor Emeritus of CUNY Matthew Goldstein (Jew) disclosed that foreign students overwhelming dominate research at America's premier universities, and Michael Bloomberg (Jew) quoted research that demonstrated, he said, that immigrant graduates of America's best known universities are the providers of jobs for Americans.

Hence, Mr. Goldstein (Jew), Michael Bloomberg (Jew), and Bill Rudin (Jew) are some Jews who are calling for immigration reform in order to bring overseas students to, according to Mr. Bloomberg (Jew), provide employment for Americans. Thereafter the United Nations' MINUSTAH occupied Haiti. Freemasons to Re-enslave African American Children With Charter School: After World War II, with an identification card based on height, white Europeans divided Rwandans - black people - as Hutu and Tutsi.

Lottery is used to separate black children in traditional public school from their peers of charter school; however, charter school children are presented as having academic aptitude. After the William Morgan murder, Freemasons regrouped as philanthropists that operate non-profits and foundations.

In New York City, "The Charter Center supports charter schools at every stage." Financial backers include The Robin Hood Foundation, Pumpkin Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Capital One Foundation, The Clark Foundation, Leon Lowenstein Foundation, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation, and The Peter and and Carmen Lucia Foundation.

Some of the others that expand charter schools throughout America include the Cosmos Foundation, Willow Foundation, Pelican Educational Foundation, Sky Foundation, and Annie E. Casey Foundation.

Author of "The Death and Life of the Great American School System" and Professor at New York University Diane Ravitch said that America's public education system is directed by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the [Eli and Edythe] Broad Foundation, and the Walton (Walmart) Family Foundation. Other reports called them The Big Three of public education.

Therefore, because Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Broad Foundation, and Walton Foundation are The Big Three that dictate America's public school system;

and because foundations are traditionally of Freemasons, Freemasons control America's public education system.

Consequently, Freemasons divided America's black children in public schools into charter school and traditional public school so that black children kill each other as in the Rwandan genocide.

Hence, because the genocide in Rwanda resulted in colossal imprisonment of black people, when black children in traditional public school kill black children of charter school, there will be exponential imprisonment of America's black children.

Consequently, because the 13th Amendment to the Constitution promised blacks would be slaves again by imprisonment, black American children will be re-enslaved by Freemasons.

On PBS' television program "The African American: Many Rivers to Cross", a descendant of the Ball plantation divulged that at one point his forefather " … bought six children, none of them older than ten." When Henry Louis Gates, Ph.D., questioned why the love of children for slaves, Edward Ball responded: "Better long-term investments."

When Frederick Douglass was six years old, his slaveholder sold Frederick " … to work on a plantation twelve miles away."

Historian Thavolia Glymph spoke of black children not yet one year old torn from their mothers and sold into slavery, and Dorothy Spruill Redford, who managed Somerset Place Plantation as a historic site, recalled:

"Children's jobs on this plantation included going into a 90-acre field and picking the bugs off of all of the crops."

Freemasons are Violent: After establishing their own tea plantations in India, Freemasons ruled the tea trade. However, the British government heavily taxed tea. Hence, men dressed as Indians carried out the Boston Tea Party. Therefore, Freemason were the principals of the Boston Tea Party.

George Washington was the wealthiest man in the Americas who gained his riches, per Dr. Gates, from about 100 slaves at Mt. Vernon plantation who " … from sunup to sundown, … toiled as slaves."

By 1789, Freemasons had sent France into economic chaos and beheaded the king and queen to avenge the assaults on their predecessors, Templar Knights, four centuries earlier.

When describing these two events, Dr. Weber stated that never before had dissidents employed " … violence … " as in the American Revolution and " … violence … " as in the French Revolution.

July 27, 2013 on Rainbow PUSH, Robin Robinson of FOX News restated the violence that dogs African-Americans, per the previous day's conference put on by leaders of the African-American community.

CNN's Don Lemon spoke of America's " … violent … " actions against African-Americans, and Ken Burns of PBS' The Civil War in 2011 reminded of the " … violence … " of black enslavement in America's southern states.

Hence, because to African-Americans for nearly three centuries of enslavement Freemasons were violent;

and because violence against African Americans was kept up to today, after slavery ended in 1865, Freemasons continued for 150 years on African-Americans to be violent.
