Black Mayor Re-enslaves Black People: In order to "… gentrify …" some areas where charters exist in the former slave state of Georgia, Warren Buffett and his partners at Corporate School Reformer hired Atlanta's former mayor Shirley Franklin - a black woman. However, charter schools are in neighborhoods where white people are replacing blacks.
Therefore, Ms. Franklin is preparing the locations for Warren Buffett and other white people when black children are imprisoned through charter school.
Black Education Leaders, Ph.D.s, Attorney, and former Senator and Christian Minister Re-enslave Black People: Black Alliance for Educational Options (BAEO) was "Founded by a diverse group of 50 dedicated black education leaders … (italics supplied)."
The organization promotes charter schools throughout America.
Advisors include Kenneth Blackwell, Brian Jones, Floyd Flake, and Dr. Rod Paige, Ph.D. - black men. Incidentally, according to a biography on the U. S. Department of Education's website, as Secretary of Education, Dr. Paige worked tirelessly to implement No Child Left Behind (NCLB) - which moves black children from school to prison.
The Milwaukee Chapter BAEO is chaired by Deborah M. McGriff, Ph.D. - a black woman, and chair for Philadelphia is attorney Keisha Jordan - a black woman.
BAEO's primary funding came from the Walton Foundation, John M. Olin Foundation, Lynde and Henry Bradley Foundation, and Jacqueline Hume Foundation also supported the organization. The U. S. Department of Education funds BAEO.
BAEO has chapters in the former slave states of Alabama, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
Chair of BAEO's board is Dr. Howard Fuller - a black man. BAEO was built up by Lawrence C. Patrick III - a black man.
Therefore, because charter schools return black people to slavery by imprisonment;
and because BAEO proliferates charter schools,
the 50 black education leaders, Kenneth Blackwell, Dr. Rod Paige, Dr. Mc Gruff, Ph.D., attorney Keisha Gordon, Dr. Howard Fuller, and Lawrence C. Patrick III
are re-enslaving black people.
NAACP and Dr. King Re-enslaved Black People: According to Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr., " … the NAACP … won a major legal victory - Brown vs. Board of Education."
The Supreme Court could not enforce Brown vs. Board of Education. Therefore, per Deborah G. White, Ph.D., " … African Americans … " led the fight for integration of public schools. Thus, because black churches took leadership of the civil rights movement that included integration of public schools;
and because, per W. Fitzhugh Brundage, Ph.D., Dr. Martin Luther King was a " … minister … " and " … brilliant … " and thus became the leader that fought for civil rights that included integration of public schools;
and because per Dr. White, " … most of the foot soldiers … " were black women that fought for civil rights that included integration of public schools;
and because, per Gary Gerstle, Ph.D., " … African Americans mobilized " … many more African Americans … " to fight for civil rights that included integration of public schools;
and because today black children dominate the public schools;
and because public schools are divided into traditional public school and charter school;
and because the separation is as the model that led up to the Rwandan genocide;
and because the Rwandan genocide led to mass imprisonment;
and because genocide in the public schools because of the division, per charter school, would lead to mass imprisonment as Rwanda;
and because the 13th Amendment ordered return to
slavery through imprisonment, the NAACP, Dr. Martin Luther King, African-American men and women,
blacks churches and ministers who fought for civil rights,
and marchers in the 1960s who
upheld signs with: "We March for Integrated Schools NOW!", were channeling future generations of African-Americans back to slavery.
Freemasons to Re-enslave Colored Children Worldwide With Charter School: The International Fundraising Congress (IFC) is changing to charter school the education systems of poor people, which are predominantly people of color.
Therefore, because Freemasons operate charter schools to bring forth prisoners, Freemasons plot to re-enslave children of color across the globe.
The IFC said it is organized in 60 nations.
The British East India Company (BEIC) is Freemasons' and traded black people in the Triangular slave trade. Hence,
because the BEIC wrote on its website that it is back
in business and plans to open hundreds of stores;
and because stores sell manufactured
products;
and because inmates of America's prisons and Tihar jails, India, make goods for multi-national corporations;
and because goods are sold in stores,
through the IFC, Freemasons spread charter schools internationally in order for colored children to kill each other, and consequently, the murderers would make up a global prison system
that generate products for the BEIC stores.
Freemasons to Re-enslave Haitian Children With Charter School: Haiti's education system is being re-structured as charter school by way of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), World Bank, corporations, some universities, and foundations, per the IDB.
Therefore, because charter school is of Freemasons, Freemasons own the IDB, World Bank, corporations, foundations and universities that lead Haiti's charter movement.
And because charter school
is designed as per the Rwandan genocide;
and because the Rwandan genocide caused massive imprisonment, Freemasons scheme to imprison Haitian children with charter school.
According to Henry Louis Gates, Ph.D., what is today called Haiti was a French colony that " … was the world's largest producer of coffee and sugar.… [with] the largest concentration of slaves in the Western hemisphere.… [Haiti] was the epicenter of slavery in the [Americas]."
However, while Freemasons won the British in the American Revolution and eliminated the French monarchy in the French Revolution, in 1791, Haitians won France, under Napoleon Bonaparte - Freemason - to gain their freedom.
France charged Haitians $25 billion for having gained their independence. Therefore, Freemasons received $25 billion from Haitians. Consequently, today, Haiti is the poorest nation in the Western world, education and healthcare are privatized, illiteracy is over fifty (50) percent, and children are trafficked for sex and sold as slaves, per CNN's Soledad O'Brien.
According to Sean Penn, who continued to help Haitians after the 2010 earthquake, no one is as involved in Haiti as former President Bill Clinton. However, Bill Clinton shut down factories in Haiti when Haitians began to organized for better wages. Additionally, Bill Clinton flooded Haiti with subsidized American rice that put Haiti's farmers out of business. Thus, rice, a staple of Haitian diet, is now distributed under a tenuous system that if collapsed, sink the Haitian people into famine.
President Jean-Bertrande Aristide was interested in uplifting black Haitians.
However, former President G. W. Bush dismantled Aristide's government. Thereafter the United Nations' MINUSTAH occupied Haiti.
Hence, because the United Nations is Freemasons', through the American government, Freemasons toppled Aristide's government in order to occupy Haiti as MINUSTAH.
Therefore, because one of MINUSTAH's assignment is upgrading Haiti's prisons;
and because Canada improves Haiti's prisons and builds new prisons;
and because charter school's template produces prisoners;
and because charter schools
are Freemasons', Freemasons, by working through
the American and Canadian governments, are readying prisons for Haitian
children after genocides because of charter schools.
And because Freemasons enslaved America's black children on plantations;
and because Freemasons are to re-enslave America's black children through charter school;
and because Freemasons enslaved Indian children on plantations;

and because non-profits and foundations are traditionally of Freemasons, Freemasons are changing India's education to charter school.

and because charter schools are to create prisoners as the Rwandan genocide;
and because at Tihar Jails prisoners are slaves who manufacture goods for corporations, with charter school genocides, Freemasons are setting the stage for Indian children to become prison slaves for corporations.
Therefore, Freemasons own the corporations for which Indian inmates now produce goods.
Brown vs. Board of Ed for Re-enslavement of African-Americans Children: The 13th Amendment to the Constitution, adopted December 6, 1865, after the Civil War which had ended earlier that year, declared that African-Americans were free. However, with the Emancipation Proclamation of January 1, 1863, during the war, Abraham Lincoln had freed African-Americans.
The 14th Amendment of July 1868, guaranteed protection against discrimination. Thus, it was used to integrate public schools through Brown vs. Board of Education (1954). However, integration caused whites and Jews to flee public education, and therefore, public schools are dominated by black children.
Hence, because public schools are now divided into traditional public school and charter school;
and because this separation of black children in public schools resembles the division of Rwandans - black people - that caused the Rwandan genocide;
and because the Rwandan genocide resulted in astronomical imprisonment, since the 13th Amendment also promised re-enslavement by imprisonment, America's public schools were integrated with the 14th Amendment in order to corral black children to become 13th Amendment prisoners.
Consequently, because Chief Justice Earl Warren was a Freemason;
and because Chief Justice
Earl Warren led to integrate public schools;
and because President Dwight K. Eisenhower was a Freemason;
and because per Timothy Conlan, Ph.D., President Dwight K. Eisenhower instituted
the " … largest expansion … " of public schools in almost one hundred years;
and because Freemasons had held black children as slaves for centuries, with the 13th and 14th Amendments and Brown vs. Board of Education, through public education,
Chief Justice Earl Warren put black children on the path to re-enslavement, and President Dwight K. Eisenhower increased public schools' number of spaces
in order to round them up.
According to Stephan Thernstrom, Ph.D., Chief Justice Warren visited a Civil War battleground " … right after … " Brown vs. Board of Education was enacted. Therefore, Chief Justice Earl Warren was celebrating.
During that period, African-Americans presumed achievements in civil rights. However, Malcolm X had warned:
" … the white power structure today is just as much interested in perpetuating slavery as the white power structure was a hundred years ago.… now, they use modern methods … ".
